Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, Radiantixe only ships within the USA. We are pleased to offer Free shipping on all orders within the USA.
When will my order arrive?
In-Stock Products: Accessories and pre-assembled Product typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is processed.
Order Delays: If there are delays due to unforeseen issues or supplier problems, a customer support representative will reach out to discuss the situation and available alternatives. You may cancel the order if the updated conditions are not acceptable.

We understand that there are times you’d possibly not like your Products product, which we provide a 30 day window to return your product for a refund if in unused and excellent condition.
